All sessions are $225.00 for an 80 minute appointment. This is the industry standard for EMDR.

Most plans will pay up to $165.00/hr. Please check with your plan for details. I will provide an invoice needed to submit for coverage for clinical social work services.

I take cash, Mastercard, Visa, and e-transfer. When you book on the JaneApp you will be asked to add a credit card prior to booking.

This is very individual. If you have a simple trauma you may benefit from 3-6 sessions. Others may need more. My goal is to help you move on and past the need for therapy.

Yes. Any cancellations later that 24hours prior will be subject to a $90.00 fee.

I am available for in person sessions at The Heart Centre in Regina. I also offer virtual sessions. It would work best if you have access to a computer or tablet to make this most effective.

Yes. As I am renting space at the Heart Centre I have booked some sessions however may be able to pick alternate times. Similarly I can be flexible with virtual times. Please contact me below to see what we can work out.
