By creating a safe, supportive space, I empower my clients to explore their experiences, uncover their strengths, and develop the skills necessary to move beyond difficulties. I believe each of us is capable of change but we may need some help along the way to doing this. I would love to be the one to help you.



With 18 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I have come to understand the amount of resilience and capacity for change found in every person. Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand how people can navigate and overcome obstacles, whether from trauma, negative experiences, or entrenched beliefs. I understand, while some may feel stuck in their struggles, there is always a path forward, and I am committed to helping you find it. I firmly believe that change is not just possible but achievable. However this is never easy. It takes much work, determination, and bravery to admit we cannot do it on our own.

I look forward to working together toward positive change. By utilizing various therapeutic approaches, particularly EMDR (a powerful technique for addressing past traumas and negative beliefs), we can work together to process memories and traumatic experiences to reduce emotional distress.
